Subject	9-1/2 is about right, so you don't have low boost.

Message	You say "no smoke coming from the mufflers", then "the smoke was white and smelled bad". What do you mean? If there's no oil or blue smoke in the exhaust pipes, and it doesn't "grind", then it seems like your turbos are okay. .... White smoke means water. You can check for bad head gasket by testing for combustion gases in the radiator. A shop will do it for about $30 or you can buy a kit. .... I suggest you search, read, and ask on this site before doing anything major. Don't assume that because you know cars and have a manual that you are good to go. These cars are tricky, and these guys have figured them out.
